I am a dedicated outpatient mental health therapist who utilizes evidence-based practices like Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a dual academic foundation—a Master’s in Social Work and another in Applied Psychology, with a concentration in Developmental Psychology. My professional journey has been driven by an unwavering commitment to help individuals uncover their strength, reclaim their voice, and restore balance to their lives. These invaluable two years taught me the importance of empathy, discipline, and efficient, and patient-centered care. They also shaped the lens through which I view mental wellness—not just as a clinical goal but as a deeply human experience that deserves understanding, patience, and compassion. Today, I bring that same level of attentiveness and respect to each therapy session. I strive to provide a warm, emotionally safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can share your story, explore your thoughts, and do the necessary work toward recovery. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and individually tailored—no two people are the same, and neither is the path to healing. I want every client to know that you are not alone. I applaud your strength and stand ready to walk beside you, offering effective strategies, coping techniques, and unwavering support as we set meaningful personal benchmarks for your growth. My process begins with listening. I am here to hear your story, challenges, and hopes. From there, I work collaboratively with you to design a plan that fits who you are, not just your symptoms. I believe healing starts when we can walk up to the emotional doors that hold us back, open them together, and decide what stays changes and needs healing. I’m not here just to help you cope—I’m here to help you thrive. I go above and beyond in service to my clients, advocating for their best interests at every stage. I aim to provide you with a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and a shared vision for a better future. Together, we’ll do more than talk—we’ll build, reflect, challenge, and transform. I look forward to hearing your voice, honoring your story, and helping you take empowered steps toward the life you deserve.
