Specialties: Pregnancy, post-partum, motherhood

Motherhood is beautiful and heavy. I work with women who are doing everything for everyone else and quietly wondering, “But what about me?” My focus is on helping you reconnect with yourself in the middle of all that you're managing. I specialize in working with high-functioning, emotionally exhausted women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck, often while juggling the demands of early parenthood, careers, relationships, and the pressure to hold everything together. If you’re silently struggling while showing up for everyone else, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep carrying it all by yourself. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and rooted in practical tools. I use a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused approaches, and mindfulness-based strategies to help you feel seen, supported, and equipped to move forward. As a mom myself, I understand the tension between gratitude and burnout, between showing up for others and needing space for yourself. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you, it’s about helping you reconnect with your identity, your voice, and your peace. If you’re in the thick of pregnancy, postpartum, or motherhood and need a space where you get to be held, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in this season.
